Cooling yarns
BETI’s cooling yarns are engineered to enhance thermoregulation and comfort in activewear. By integrating heat-conductive minerals like ceramics into the yarn, they facilitate rapid heat transfer from the body, delivering a cool sensation with a high Q-Max value. The yarns feature a flat fibre cross-section and microfilament structure, optimizing moisture wicking and air circulation. This results in garments that dry 10% faster than standard yarns, maintaining a fresh and dry feel. The cooling properties are permanent and resistant to washing, making them ideal for sportswear, medical, and fashion applications.

For all designers that are still searching for the right shade of melange yarns. With Beti`s "tone-intone" you can choose the exact shade that you need. Yarn types and application: dtex 78/24x2, 50% recycled PA, 50% recycled PES. Other types on request. Colour options & special features: Custom made colour of your choice ( Beti shade card, Pantone or other ). We Dye a special yarn combination with Beti`s DyeCare process to get the melange effect.

From raw-white functional yarns to dope-dyed and custom-dyed solutions, BETI combines performance, colour and more responsible material choices.
Our portfolio includes PA6/PA66, recycled PA and PES; bio-based polyamide; be-COOL® cooling yarns (also raw white), be-SHINY® trilobal yarns combining a distinctive brilliant appearance with a soft touch; high-tenacity and abrasion-resistant yarns for demanding applications; and customised solutions for high visibility, odour control and other.
Our in-house dyeing enables small lots, precise shade matching, colour continuity and bisphenol-free options; while DC ZERO dope-dyed yarns eliminate conventional yarn dyeing. We also develop algae-dyed bio-based yarns.
Together with Slovenian partners, we offer knitted fabrics for swimwear and underwear, including mono-component constructions designed to support future recycling.
