Balas Textile is based on creativity, innovation, design and production of fabrics for the fashion and technical markets. This is the collaboration of three French companies, generating more than 250 direct and indirect jobs in Rhone-Alpes area. The company is a leader manufacturer specialized in the production of downproof fabric for clothes at the feather base. Concerned by the environment, we respect the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 label, which meets the needs of consumers in terms of human ecology. Certified ISO 9001 and 14001 since 2018, Balas Textile has a sustainable and environmental approach with the use of recycled or natural fibres and non-fluorinated WR finishes. Our collection is designed on Eco-based fabric developments, certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) for cotton and GRS (Global Recycle Standard) for the polyester, polyamide, elastane and for eco – responsible treatment.
