AQ-Tech engineers and manufactures active textile products: smart, inflatable and functional.
Founded in 2019 near Annecy, in the French Alps, the company brings together mechanical engineering, embedded electronics and technical textiles in a single team, with its own prototyping workshop and series production line. Its products sense, protect or act: washable sensing garments, wearable airbags and inflatable structures, heated or electrostimulation textiles.
AQ-Tech delivers a single module, a trigger unit, a textile electrode, a pump block, or the complete product, always to the same standard, and manufactures it in-house from 10 to several thousand units.
It developed an equestrian airbag vest and an airbag system for a medical exoskeleton, manufactures an electrostimulation garment in series, and produces a Class IIa certified medical device under clinical trial. It also develops biomonitoring systems for athlete performance, motion analysis and medical applications.
