Made with Q-CYCLE® polyamide, produced by recycling post-consumer waste such as end of life tires and using them as a raw material for new polyamide. Exhausted tires, if not correctly disposed of, can cause massive amount of CO2. Today, they can be turned into new products thanks to a pyrolysis process which transforms plastic waste into oil. This output, result of circular economy, is used by Fulgar® to create Q-Cycle® - the innovative polyamide manufactured by 100% replacing fossil raw materials with recycled materials (mass balance). Knit in Italy with sustainable approach.

Brugnoli creates performing circular knit fabrics dedicated to sportswear, swimwear, lingerie and ready to wear - 100% made in Italy. We are specialized in creating fabrics with polyamide, elastane, wool, cotton, Tencel and linen - also on demand, using proprietary technologies to boost fabric features. Brugnoli is considered a pioneer in eco-sustainable fabrics: throughout the years we introduced more than 400 eco-sustainable solutions and also an eco-sustainable production process which has been granted a patent (Br4 dedicated to bio-based fabrics). Brugnoli has achieved several certifications such as OekoTex Standard 100 – GRS Global Recycled Standard – RWS Responsible Wool Standard – BCI Better Cotton Initiative – Supima – Reach - ZDHC Progressive level - LCA. - GOTS - ISCC Plus. Since 2021 Brugnoli has published its Sustainability Report.
