Proud of our patent: In 2015 Brugnoli introduced the first stretch fabric range created with bio-based polyamide: Br4® - bio-based polyamide is 100% petroleum-free - 100% from renewable source - -25% impact on global warming. Moreover, Brugnoli engineered a specific eco-sustainable production process which cuts water and energy consumption by -20% compared to standard textile process. Brugnoli has been granted 2 patents for that: on products and on process. In 2020, 2 articles in Br4+wool, have been selected for the Official Outfit of one of the strongest teams sailing in America's Cup.

Brugnoli creates performing circular knit fabrics dedicated to sportswear, swimwear, lingerie and ready to wear - 100% made in Italy. We are specialized in creating fabrics with polyamide, elastane, wool, cotton, Tencel and linen - also on demand, using proprietary technologies to boost fabric features. Brugnoli is considered a pioneer in eco-sustainable fabrics: throughout the years we introduced more than 400 eco-sustainable solutions and also an eco-sustainable production process which has been granted a patent (Br4 dedicated to bio-based fabrics). Brugnoli has achieved several certifications such as OekoTex Standard 100 – GRS Global Recycled Standard – RWS Responsible Wool Standard – BCI Better Cotton Initiative – Supima – Reach - ZDHC Progressive level - LCA. - GOTS - ISCC Plus. Since 2021 Brugnoli has published its Sustainability Report.
